Return Policy

To qualify for a return at Decorelation, the item must be defective or exhibit non-functionality within the first 21 days following your purchase.
For a successful return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds may be issued (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your refund has not arrived, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank as well, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@decorelation.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace defective or damaged items. To exchange for the same item, email us at support@decorelation.com and send your item to the appropriate return address, which will be provided upon request.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will then learn about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, email support@decorelation.com.
You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item worth over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
